Beyonce In Hot Water

Beyonce re-released her latest album B'Day recently with bonus tracks, just for her biggest fans, you know, the ones who bought it the first time around, and has found herself in a spot of hot water after she included a track most of her fans would be too young to remember, 'Still In Love (I'm Kissing You)'.

The track was originally recorded by British R&B singer Des`ree and titled simply 'I'm Kissing You' for the 1996, Baz Luhrmann film, Romeo & Juilet.

Des`ree was reportedly none too happy with Beyonce's recording and video to the song and has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan's Federal Court seeking to stop distribution of the song and $150,000 in damages.

TMZ reports that originally the two parties attempted to negotiate an agreement but Beyonce's people weren't happy with stipulations that included no video is to be recorded and the name of the song must not be changed.

Just to reiterate, Beyonce changed the name of the song and filmed a video for the song.

Which version are you a fan of?
